As a point to note: Steve and Jeff preceded Machu Pichu with a four day trek, one day of which involve cycling. They then got all the way up the Inca steps in 1hr10. They then climbed a further hour up to Wayna Pichu.

I know I’m unfit, but that’s crazy.
